This policy sets out how novextrader ("we") gathers, uses and protects personal data when you use and Services. We serve as data controller for that information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and the like alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, technical logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: contract fulfilment, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, platform security, and opt-in product updates with easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through the account life plus legal windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
