2. Services. novextrader provides an electronic marketplace for the markets shown on this website. We do not give investment advice; all trading decisions remains yours. Market data displayed serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risk notice. Trading brings material loss risk and is for those able to absorb it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your posted margin. Only trade capital which losing entirely you would survive.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates sit in the fee schedule and make part of these Terms. Fees may change after fair notice.

7. Amendments. This agreement may change periodically. Using the Services after changes means acceptance. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
